What’s included in my reservation at Creare Miami?
Your reservation includes access to your selected space, use of all available sets, basic lighting equipment, furniture, and common areas. You’ll also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, wheelchair-accessible entry, private parking, and restroom facilities.
What is the minimum booking time?
The minimum booking time is 2 hours, ensuring you have enough time for a complete production experience and full use of the space.
Can I use multiple sets during my session?
Yes, you’re welcome to use different sets within the studio during your reserved time. We just ask that you respect the space and leave each set organized after use.
Does the studio include recording equipment, or should I bring my own?
We provide basic equipment such as lighting, tripods, and a podcast setup. However, you’re welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer private parking at the back of the building with approximately 10 spaces, as well as additional street parking nearby.
Can I bring guests to my session?
Yes, but the number of attendees must respect the agreed studio capacity. The client who makes the reservation is responsible for their guests at all times.
What happens if I need more time during my session?
Additional hours are subject to availability and will incur an extra charge. We recommend booking enough time in advance to ensure a smooth production experience.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or changes must be made within the established notice period. Late cancellations may result in fees or loss of deposit, depending on the booking terms.
Can I consume food or drinks in the studio?
Yes, we offer complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. However, we ask that you keep the space clean and return it in the same condition as it was delivered.
